Payments:

A down payment of 30% is required on services before any work will be started. The remaining balance will be due 30 days after completion the project

Accurate information:

RM Media does not offer copy writing. Client must supply copy and content. Proofs will be given per descriptions above. Client is responsible for checking accuracy of product. Any artwork purchased will be discussed with client before purchase and charged to client.

Ownership:

Upon completion client retains all rights to art, logos, and purchased concepts. RM Media reserves the rights to Flash programming, PHP programming, unused concepts and purchased artwork. All artwork, photos, and programming is subject to existing copyrights.
